Terms & Conditions


Olive & Joy is a trading name of Palmrich Pty Ltd as Trustee for Chase Family Trust (ABN 78122093133) and herein may be referred to as "Olive & Joy", "We" or "Us". As used herein, "Customer" and "You" shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products and any other person or organisation to whom charges are to be billed, all of whom will be jointly and severally liable hereunder.


The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.



All prices on this website are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies. Olive & Joy reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice. Orders will not be despatched until payment is received in full.



We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard via the ANZ e-Gate facility, a secure Internet payment gateway using Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  We do not view, or store your credit card information at any time for orders made via the website.  In the case of phone orders, the Customer’s credit card details will be truncated and/or destroyed for security purposes.  We do not store your full credit card information at any time.

We also accept Visa and MasterCard payments by PayPal, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with an encryption key length of 128-bits. PayPal payments can be made with or without a PayPal account using your Visa or MasterCard.



We use Australia Post for all orders throughout Australia and internationally, with the exception of some large furniture items. For Australian deliveries we use Registered Post and Registered Parcel Post, meaning your order will require a signature on delivery.  If there is no one at the premises to sign for your package, a card will be left and your package will be available for collection from the nearest Post Office. We aim to ship all orders (with the exception of custom orders) within 1-2 business days.



We will gladly replace or refund in the event of faulty goods as a result of manufacture, please contact us prior to returning goods so that we can assist you in the best way possible. We are contactable by email - or by phone on +61409787599. 

Change of mind returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving goods provided goods are returned to us in "as new" condition. Return delivery costs for "change of mind" reasons are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us prior to returning goods so that we can assist you. Custom orders are not able to be refunded or exchanged except in the instance of faulty product or an error on our part.



Olive & Joy respects your privacy and we will keep all customer details provided through and in connection with this website, secure and confidential. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless they are relevant to our website and our provision of goods and services to you, such as our financial services provider or delivery service. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any other third parties unless required by law.
